Martin has demonstrated technical leadership for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience as a system administrator. He has implemented and integrated many of the proprietary systems used at EMKAL, which are a foundation for the company’s success. He applies his remarkable programming skills to client-facing projects and develops innovative software solutions based on their needs.

James Walker

Chief Operating Officer

James is instrumental in crafting our corporate strategy which focuses on putting people first. He champions a proactive culture at EMKAL and ensures this mindset guides our approach to customer care. When problems do occur, James finds root causes and implements measures to prevent them from happening again in the future.

Gordon Pratt

Technical Support Team Supervisor

Gordon pushes himself and his team to consistently achieve an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction. He oversees all client tickets and delegates them to the analyst with the most suitable skill set to ensure that our clients’ problems are solved quickly. He continuously searches for ways to improve business workflow, converting ideas into direct business efficiency gains for both clients and his team.

Raymond Angod

Performance Consultant

Raymond holds an MBA and a CTDP certification, and he interfaces with clients to understand their needs. When clients request improvements to their IT infrastructure, he manages these projects and facilitates communication about progress on deliverables. In addition, Raymond establishes business processes to improve the overall performance of EMKAL.

Blake Larson

Technical Support Analyst and Software Developer

Blake leverages his Bachelor of Engineering to integrate efficiency and organization into our most complex projects, which includes software development. He specializes in e-mail solutions and security and approaches challenges in a logical and calculated manner in order to provide clients with robust and cost-effective solutions.

Gary Sitton

Technical Support Analyst

Gary has over 30 years of experience in IT and has completed a range of complex assignments such as supporting multi-national enterprise data centres. His philosophy has always been to integrate technology within business processes. As such, he takes the time to understand our clients’ IT environment and works with them to develop solutions which best meet their needs.

Nicholas Molloy

Intermediate Software Developer

Nicholas holds a CCENT certification and his expertise in hardware engineering and machine learning gives him a deep insight into a wide variety of computer systems and processes. He excels at defining technical specifications, writing efficient code based on these specs, and implementing his solutions beyond customer expectations.

Julian Mora

Technical Support Analyst

Julian specializes in the networking side of IT and is currently pursuing his CCNA certification. He excels at quickly finding efficient and effective solutions to our customers’ problems. He visits our clients when a more hands-on approach is required, and he goes above and beyond to provide peace-of-mind for end users.

Ashley Frasson


Ashley manages the accounting side of the business and ensures that payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner. She minimizes business disruptions by keeping us organized and making sure that nothing is overlooked, which allows our technical team to focus solely on adding value to our clients.
