I would highly recommend EMKAL for your IT support. We first used EMKAL when we were hit with a virus that crippled our servers. We did not have in house IT support that could remedy the situation. We contacted EMKAL who responded immediately and quickly trouble shooted the issue and brought forward a recovery plan.
