3. Can you summarize my IT expenditure over the past 12 months, broken down by support plan, hardware, software, warranties, etc.? This information is critical for effective budget planning and to become aware of any ageing equipment that may need to be upgraded in the next fiscal year.

4. For IT projects implemented over the past 12 months, how are objectives being measured and are we on track to meet those objectives? If not, what is the plan moving forward?

5. What are your recommended IT expenditures over the next 12 months, prioritized by importance and urgency?
